i use this formula: how much the materials will be + how long the job will take (in hours)+ the amount of money I need to make= total price of job.

Aeration = $12/K ($60 minimum) and seed = $2-$3 per pound depending on how heavy you are applying.

That seems like a good mixture for average lawns in a cool climate. I usually use a fescue blend though, but might try a similar mixture in my area next fall. Anyway take your cost and triple it for seed price. Me and Turf Smart are about the same on pricing aeration, but you will need to price by your market on aeration. Find out who does most aerations in your area and get their pricing some how.

Since your close to my area I can tell you that I have a min. of $250 plus seed cost of $3-4 pd. That $250 will get the renovator on 10k sq. ft. plus another $40-$60 for the seed. But you will also need a starter fert and a folllow up treatment so add those on also. My price will be around $400-$425 total.
