Ferris walk behind. Very good condition. Tires, paint, blades, etc all very good condition. This unit was ONLY used residential, 1 acre yard. Its about 2 years old, I am a freak for maintenence. Regular oil changes plugs, lubed zerks weekly, filters etc etc.
This was used about 2 hours weekly. I'm the second owner, first owner sold it for something with electric start. His yard was about 300x50 feet. This has seen very little real usage. Some paint scratches, NO rust on the deck or underneath.
All belts/pulleys, levers, brakes, pull cord, very good condition. Not quite excellent as it was used, eh?
Last routine maint. was done last fall-then stored. I went out to the garage, filled it (been ran dry each year) yanked it five times and it fired up.
During the summer it fires up one or two pulls. 13 horse. NO sulky was used.
Which, is why I'm selling it LOL. My mowable yard has tripled, I want an electric start and sit my butt down- I'm going to get a zero turn, 72" somethingorother..
Runs fantastic, smooth, a great walker- just need something bigger. I screwed up and started brushhogging the 5 acres around the house and....it...turned...into...LAWN!
I'll give it an oil/filter change before it leaves unless otherwise requested.
