Hydro Seed on wet soil?

I have a Hydro Seeding job to do tommorrow. I have the ground all ready. It is suppose to rain tonight? Will it be ok to Spray over the wet soil? Better for it or worse?

Don't spray over wet soils, mulch manufactures tell us not too, seems it doen't allow the mulch to stick to the soils right. Is any more rain comming after this? If it does it will allow the mulch to wash off and you'll get ruts or washouts. Wait if you can.

You also may find that the rain will make things pretty muddy to walk on to spray. We have had this happen before and we just wait for it to dry out. We've even had to re-rake the yard.
