What kind of seed?

I was looking at some seed for my own yard. I need something that can handle some traffic, I drive over it everynow and again. I was looking at some kentucky 31 is there anything else out there?

K-31 sucks.....spend some money and get some good stuff. In Kansas I use rebel and kansas premium blend.

You cant get the answers you are looking for based on what someone uses that are several states away from you and a lot further north.

For the fellow from Asheville, try SouthernStates SouthernChoice. It has shown to perform better than rebel in your area and is scored higher by the National Turf Evaluation Program. Rebel scores pretty high as well and actually scores a little higher than Southern Choice in the eastern part of the state
