Why no mowing? I would go sell as much as I could.

oh... no stand alone restaurants like Chili's or Texas Roadhouse? I would want to be making at the least 70-100 a month on each property.

So you are gonna do landscaping maintenance in the mall at the restaurant store front?

If you are gonna do it, do it! Go for some good cheese. Only a few ways to get commercial maintenance in my area and that is to meet and greet, know the right people, get lucky and/or be the lowest bidder.

You will find most if not every single one of those places already in contract with another company. The only way to get them is if somebody dies, goes out of business,or sells them to you. Also some of the required liability you have to carry for yourself when doing those types of jobs sometimes makes them profit prohibitive.
