How much do you charge for a flat of flowers (36 flowers to a flat) to install. Flat cost $11.70, thanks.

11.70 times 2 is 23.40...just for materials

That all depends on how competitive I have to be on my bid.
I have several commercial accounts that have 40+ flats that I charge cost + 20%. Installed. I also have accounts that only use 2 or less flats and get 48 a flat.
Figure what you need to make a profit. For instance how many flats can you install in an hour?
I can install 20-30 in an hour pending the distance of them to be spread out.
at my cost plus 20% that is 48-72 per hour. I am there already so I dont charge for drive time since it is included in my mowing bid.

Thank you for the info, I was right around 35 a flat, not including soil, fertilizer, etc. Thanks. Do you use Iron, Lime, and Mushroom Compost in your soil?

No I just use regular potting soil. It keeps them enough to get through the next color change. I do put osmacote or similar local fert on that does include iron for a greener color.
