Are the dampeners on a Lazer adjustable?

Is it possible to adjust the dampeners on a Lazer? I kinda like the smoother control on the DC's, but like everything else on the Lazer's. Just wonderin' if you could adjust the dampeners and give it VTC like the Dixie's and give it smoother control. I don't want it to be a responsive as the DC's, just right about in the middle between the DC's and the Lazer's control.
