12000sf x 112 yds of loam 3'' deep (A YARD + labor to spread by hand $60.00/ with equip $40) DELIVERY

seed 150lbs @ 2.00 per lb = $300
starter fert 2 50 lb bags= $50.00
hay (weed free) 400 bails = $1200
labor (do you have equipment or a shovel and wheelbarrow)
with equip 1250
by hand 2500

Or

loam-like above
hydro seed-.10 a foot 1200 (already contains fert, mulch and seed)
labor (do you have equipment or a shovel and wheelbarrow)
Usually with hydro seed if you know someone in the business they might charge you .05 cents a foot, then you can charge .10

for me I'd charge a total $7500
