Why can't they?

Why can't they make a wider ( 30"-36") walk behind that is a rear bagger like the 21" . I think this would fit a nich.

This is only a guess but I would assume it has something to do with the double blades and trying to get the dicharge out the rear rather than the side. Only a guess though.
