What is a fair price for a 2001 Walker 26 EFI, 48" deck, 9.5 catcher, new aggressive tires, and suspension seat? Any comments appreciated!

I would say an average price if it is in average condition not much wear would be $7000 to $8500 somewhere in there that is my thought.
others might feel different.

I would say closer to $6K to $6800. That engine might be nearly half way through it's life expectancy and it's will cost $2500-$3000 to have it replaced.

How about a 1998 20hp 48" GHS 3300 hrs, with a new engine, hydro pumps, ghs blower and deck boxes? Needs a new deck shell (wearing thin), ripped seat, and hopper box has some cracks.

Northern, Believe it or not, I just bought that exact same mower two weeks ago: 2001 Walker with 26 EFI, 48 in GHS Deck, 9.5 Bushel Catcher with 340 hours. It runs perfect (quite and smooth you'll love the EFI) I'm not a big Kohler fan, however! Anyway, I paid 4500 cash. I would think that 1300 hours isn't a lot for that motor if it was serviced every 25 to 50 hours. I would give between 4500 and 6K. If he took care of it it should last you a long time!
