Quick 21" question

I'm fixing to get a new 21". I do not want self-propelled.
I will mainly mulch, but once in a while bag clippings. Also, some side discharge. Both are at the same dealer and bot are $300. Snapper with side discharge, ninja mulch kit and Briggs 6.75hp. Or Lawnboy with Honda engine(doesn't specify hp) side discharge, and bagger. Bag is extra with Snapper. I will say I like the idea if Honda engine, but I do like the wheel/axle design on the Snapper. I will be using this about 6 hours a week on level lawns. Some Bermuda and some fescue.

you can prolly get a honda push mower that is a push type that bags and mulches with optional side discharge for less then 300 at home depot. the model is HRR216PDA.

For push and mulching I'd go with a lawnboy. However they aren't at all like they used to be. The staggerd wheel design with the magnesium deck is the lightest pusher you will find. if they still have that deck even with a honda engine it would be nice still. I always liked the mulching on my lawnboy, plus it will discharge and a bag kit is relatively cheap.
