Another what would you charge?

I received a call over the weekend and the lady wants me to roll her lawn which is not something I usually do and have read that many are against it. After seeing the property I believe originally the topsoil was just thrown in and never rolled out before seeding so I think a roll may be beneficial in this case and help to eliminate some of the micro bumps she’s complaining about.

Anyway, I told her I’d prefer to aerate after rolling so she’d like an estimate for both. So question is what would you charge to roll and aerate 3200 sq ft turf which is fairly open? I’d probably be using something around 48" for each job. I’ll probably have about $50 in rental fees so I’m not sure what a fair price is for such a small property.

Is she a good customer?? If she is then tell her you will roll it for free and areate it for $75.00. If not then do both for $175.00. 3200 square feet is smaller than a stamp.

she's a first time customer so I think both your prices sound fair, maybe i'll go $165 since i have the rental fees to cover.

yeah it's pretty small :)
