Fair Price For Advertising In Paper

i'm looking to put an ad in the hampton union, exeter news and portsmouth herald. i want our logo and 6 or so lines of text below saying what we offer. not sure what is a good price for this or if we should just have our name in the paper and not use the logo? has anyone done this before?

I would guess $400 for one month.

the news paper guy came last night said it was $106 a week to be shown in three different news papers, 1 showing in each paper per week. so it'll only be seen in on 3 days once in each paper per week. and you have to do 6 wks or 13 wks when you sign up. thats for a 2"x3" spot showing logo and text. no fee to do design work.
