Walker Mower Shutter

My 20 hp 42" deck walker mower shutters on what seems like the left side right after making turns. I changed all the belts and trans axle fluids. Tires are good. Any ideas?

you might need to replace the tensioner pulley on the hydro drive belt, and also the spring that holds tension on that pulley. Mine did the same thing, and replacing the pulley and spring fixed the problem.
