lost bid price to high?

i was contacted to bid on mowing, fertilizing, spring fall clean up of 3 acres along with bed maintence bid the mowing at $200 per cut fert apps. at $265 a appliction all clean up bed mainence at $35 per man hour mulch $55 a yard installed and irrigation work at $75 a hour. i though i bid low whats your opinion?

I would say that your mowing price may have been on the high side. The going rate in the Detroit area is about $35 an acre.

I don't know your costs, but if you can get $66/acre around here, good for you, not many others can.

Only part I see that might be high is the mowing price...the rest seems reasonable.
