my Arin's ht 16 (Kohler magnum) hesitates when i turn the key no click or nothing sometimes for 5 sec. sometimes it fires right up when warm. I just put in a new battery and had the starter professionally rebuilt and its doing the same thing. battery and starter connections are tight and clean.any ideas please thanks
