Surfer Through a Gate

I just bought a 48" Surfer. I have 1 gate that is about 46". I was wondering if I could squeeze it through. The only thing is it is a wood fence. Any thoughts would be appreciated. I haven't use this mower yet so I don't know what it will do. Thanks!

Dont know what a surfer is but with our exmark walk behinds we back then up to the gate push down on the handle to raise deck and pivot them through. usually can do this with one guy but be very careful you can mess up the fence over time.

Is it a stockaide fence? I ran into the same problem. The house was empty, the grass was over a foot long. The 21" mower couldn't handle it. I took a section of fence out. Then I used a cordless screw gun and put it back. I did this every time that I cut the lawn for about 2 months!
