.... After uploading, how do you post all 5 of your (.jpg) pictures at one time? Instead of just all 5 (.jpg) named files :help:.

If you upload all 5 pictures into one post, the actual pictures won't come up, just the links will. If you want each individual picture to post, you will need to make a new post for each picture.
