mulch price estimate 16 cu yards

Customers are selling house so they want a quick landscape restoration. No weed barrier, just make it look nice.

What needs to be done
1. Clean mulch areas 2400 sf total
2. Add 16 cu yards mulch at 2 inch depth
3. haul away debris

What is a general estimate to charge to clean/prep areas and lay down mulch per cu yard? I figure one hour to prep and put down 1 cu yard of mulch. Am I off.

I would be at $890
$16 X 2 = $320 for mulch
$320 to install
$250 to remove and haul away crap.

I'd be about $1200.

I charge $55 / yard for basic brown shredded and $70 / yard for the midnight shredded. For 16 yards, I would quote $880 for the mulch application and $200 for the cleanup.
