difference between toro zone start and BBC?

I am looking to buy a mower to get started into the lawn care business...and am wanting to know the difference between Toro's zone start and BBC mowers. Thanks.

Zone start places the pull cord handle away from the motor and up where you can grab it from the handles as if you were mowing. They have a lever that must be held for the mower to start. If you step away and let go of the lever, the mower will stop. BBC is a device that lets the engine stay on when you step away from the controls (pick up trash) but stops the blades from turning. You do loose some power with a BBC model.
