In the future, you'll get more responses to your posts if you're more descriptive in your subject line when you start a thread. "I am 16 and just started a mowing buissness and in need of a" doesn't tell us anything about what you want. Your age and the fact that you're just starting out are irrelevant. Bottom line, just say what you mean - "Need a 1-wheel Velke in Johnson City, TN area."

dave is right, insurance is important and so is all the crap we go through to do this legally. But when I was his age I recall doing the same thing, only I through a paper route on top of it just for fun!

Thank you!
Finally, a piece of good information! This is just what all of the under aged entrepreneurs need to be told instead of that they are just scrubs and can't legally have a business. Whether or not they are able to be legal, business is business. All of these young people are just trying to get a good start in life, and are apparently willing to put out the work to get it done. Giving them the GOOD advice will help them obtain what they are after and protect them and those around them.

Great job on the stripes. There are alot of older guys around here who are laying out stripes that look like a drunk has been mowing!
