We went about two weeks without some type of moisture. Wednesday night into Thursday morning we had rain. Today we will have rain most of the day. This will help with the growing. Calling for Snow showers here this weekend. :dizzy: 80's earlier this week and snow this weekend. :cool2:

How is everyone else doing? This is a good day to get caught up on office and paper work stuff. Going to the dealer to look around in a little bit. Have a good weekend everyone.

After it rained just about every week here.We hit a dry spell as usual. But there are storms on our doorstep this afternoon and then its suppose to get chilly for a couple of days and that will suck. The warm season grass are suffering because of the late spring

We are supposed to get a good amount of rain here for the next 40 hours. We need it though.

I guess you weren't in business during the 5 years of drought we had? You wouldn't be mad at the rain if you had

I dunno...I was kinda enjoying the grass NOT growing an inch a day this time of year.

It's just frustrating sometimes. Everyone wants thier work done NOW!!! I just got a commercial clean up job that I bid on a month ago, and the two days I allocate for it...it rains  Kind of wreaks havoc on the old scheduling process.

Raining here in my little corner of the world as we speak. Light rain but I guess it will rain all day and night and then some friggin snow Saturday and Sunday. High of 40 both days. I dont think the snow will stick, ground has been warm all of April but man, seeing snow may send me into a depression. My brother and his fiance are having a house warming party for the new pad they bought tomorrow. Cookout, all the usual summer grub. I was so looking forward to that on Monday and Tuesday when it was 85 both days.

Boy was I wrong, snow will stick. Just saw the weather reports, it wont even make the 40s, mid 30s and 4-8" by Sunday night. God dammit.

I just got back in from doing some work on the mowers. Turned on the news and we have a thunderstorm watch for tonight. On Saturday, Northern Ohio has a Winter storm watch for 6-12 inches. Here they are calling for 1-3. Got to love the Ohio weather.

I am glad we got the rain it will kick start the yards a little more. Charles I learned during the drought not to curse the rain. We can still mow in the lite rain as long as it is not lighting out.

Local channels here say anywhere from 3-8" by Sunday. Tune in to the Weather Channel and they say 8-12". Who to believe, I guess it doesnt matter. I feel like I have been kicked square in the junk.
