irs has a site you can ask q's on usually takes 4 or 5 days for an answer i usually call my accountant

I'm assuming you boys charge around 6% sales tax on just
about everything? Pickaway county has a 6% sales
tax.

Are there any special laws in Ohio you can inform
me of?

I'm just getting started here. Going to the accountant
next week

Have you incorporated? I'm going to the S Corp. route.
