100 new customers per week??
must be one big azz salesroom?
how many leads are generated to accomplish 100 sales?
whats is the labor burden running all these leads?
and finally, what is the projected cancel rate on these new salesroom generated sales??

I have 4 reps running 800 to 1000 leads per week.Takes 2 to 3 hrs to run 50 to 80.Current cxl rate of 4.1% y.t.d.That will finish the year about 7% to 9% in cxls. Now,how much is that salesroom worth per week. Those numbers in my thread add up to 24k to 25k per week in round revenue only.

I can generate more,Its finding the quality of rep that is required to pull it all off thats difficult.I am thinking of starting a company that can grow a small lawn company very quickly.I will grow 25% this year and I have used 4 to 5 reps to do it with.I have done this throughout the midwest and it can not be stopped. Now what are those growth numbers worth.

Midwest-- That is about what we were paying for 5 reps that were pulling 20-25k a week. we Let one guy go and another is working part time now so its gone down a little. are you still runing all your guys on new leads? I only have 2 runing and one other guy and the part timer are respining our rejects and cxl's

midwest,
to answer your question, if you could get me 100 clients, I'd pay a few thousand. Maybe up to 30% . I figure getting clients costs at least 10%. Using your method, I'd have to do nothing but input the new clients into my shcedule. But, then again, I suck at phone-sales!

Well...Standard commission sales are about 10%. When I was doing sales for a lawn company after college, I started at 6% and was at 11% commission when I left. In another part of the family company sales generally get a 10% commission so your room would be worth $2500 per week.

If you are telemarketing 1000 customers per week with 4 reps, that's 250 calls each. If you add 100 new customers, you are closing at a 10% clip. Is your 4.1% cancellation rate based on cancels of the first application or of the entire year?

If you accomplished this rate for 8 weeks in the spring, you would add $195,000 in new sales, while only losing $7946 in cancels. You are being very optimistic, but if your staff could perform this, you should take it on the road. Anyone would love to be part of that program!
