So, what do you think? Seems a little drastic and ridiculous to me. How in the hell do you actually trim with that? i don't think i am coordinated to use my feet AND hands to trim; i have trouble walking and chewing gum sometimes! i could maybe see blowing off with it.

Actually, you would develop the coordination--just as you now use the trimmer while your feet do the walking without you having to think about the movement of your feet.

But wait!!! There's more! Or there should be. While looking at the picture of this gadget it suddenly occurred to me there should be a blower nozzle near the rear of this thing to clear the clippings off the curb and back into the grass, on the same pass as the edging.

So why hasn't Jungle Jim thought of that?

And hey, if they do it, I want a royalty!

I used to laugh at this thing when I first saw it. I though why in the heII would anyone buy this? I'm not laughing anymore. There is a LCO down here who has a city contract that includes edging, trimming and blowing about 7 miles of sidewalks. With this thing he knocks the job out with one person in what would take a couple of people a day to do, he does it in 2 hours.

FYI: He already set the blower tube up at the rear with a RedMaxx 8000.

What may look funny to you may be the right tool for the application to someone else.

it kinda looks like a Dixie Chopper with something wrong with it, or a really mechanical looking wheelchair for a guy with no arms.

OK, how do you control both at the same time? Are you using your hands on the blower, or is it strapped to the stander that you are driving? I want to utilize the same set-up, if it safe.

Not the same seller.

If you click on the feedback rating for the seller, you can see his history. The item in question is the last thing he bought. I feel bad.

My biggest issue is that the rider only has a 2.5 gallon tank. Is that going to last long enough to be helpful on those big jobs? I'm being serious. It seems awfully low.

If you look at the one item further down in his feedback, you will find that he just bought this rider on ebay three weeks ago!

I guess he did say that it was brand new...

Heck he only paid $1025 and has a Buy it now of $2500, probably should quit mowing and just resell crap he purchases on ebay.

They should have put a cutting deck on it, then you could mow and trim at the same time.

Ya i don't get it. Why not just have a regular zero turn with foot and hand controls. that way the handicap can use it and you can trim/blow with it.

If I did large commercial properties, like some of the big industrial or office parks around here, you can bet that thing would be on my trailer!

And for those that say it's stupid, you simply DON'T get it.

I just don't get the 2.5 gallon tank.

I'll agree with that. It should be at least a 5 gallon. Might be able to upgrade to a larger tank if there's room.

I think it looks like a good idea, especially with a blower strapped on.

While I don't have the need for one, I think its pretty neat in a strange way. Now that I think about it, if I had one I wouldn't walk anywhere again.
