Sub-Contracting out work

I've been subing out my work now for the past 2 years ..I've gave him about 10 lawns that vary fron 30.00 to 120.00 per app.Now my question is should he do mine for free for the referels i've gave him .????

Ok...which is it....are you sub-contracting him out or are you giving him referrals??? If you are subing him out, I would be mariking up the price so you make some money. If you are just giving him referrals and feel like you should have something in return then have a talk with him. Make some kind of payment arrangement......say 1/2 of the price of one application. Or, a free application at your house with each referred client.

Better yet, get licensed and do the applications and make more money yourself!!!
