I rented a toro dingo with the tracks and a harley rake. Worked great until one of the tracks came off. Is this common? Do these tracks typically come off...or did I get a bad dingo?

I'd say it was not maintaned and adjusted properly. I've had one of the inside of my tracks riding up against a concrete walkway today backing out about 50 feet and it did not look like it was trying to walk off of the machine.

These things suck! I rented another one....and the track fell off as well. They won't fool me a third time!

what the hell are you doing with it?????
i've got over 100 HRS on mine and have not had even the slightest issue...
are you renting the tracked unit or the one with tracks OVER wheels.....
sounds to me like the rental place you rented from is very lax on thier maintenance..

No it is the tracked model. I am running a harley rake one a flat kansas lot. Nothing special. I don't understand. Both of these units have over 500 hours. I am thinking that the tracks are stretched....kind of like an old belt.

from speaking with the dealer during my initial purchase he said the tracks get from 300-700 hrs, depending on useage. so i am sure that is the case... don't blame the machine,,, blame the rental employees.
