Hello all,<br> Just getting started and want to do things right(professional). Was wondering if anyone would share a copy of a contract they use to do a commercial property,residential property. Also a form one might use to bid a commercial job. Not having much luck finding such in the searches I'm doing. Would like to use it as a guidline of information in drawing my own paperwork. Great forum! Looking forward to sharing information in the future. Thanks in advance for your time
