If I grease the spindles of my Toro Z how much do I have to pump in?
It just keeps on going and I cannot find a spot were there seems to be grease coming out. I just stopped after a while otherwise half of the greasegun would be gone.........

Is there a release valve somewhere or does it come out somewhere I cannot see it?

Keep Pumping the grease to it until the assembly is full,When you feel a difference in the amount of pressure it takes to pump the handle stop.
I use a pistol grip grease gun which you can get a better feel on.
Don't worrie how much it takes,Grease is cheep spindle repairs are not.

The funny thing is, I only got this mower in februari. It came straight of an official dealer with a complete servicing after 76 hours.
How on earth can the spindle assembly be so emty of grease if you are supposed to fill them up completely?
I did a search on this forum on spindle greasing and other guys recommend pumping about 4 strokes to do the regular maintenance.
Is there no danger of over-greasing to fill them up completely?

All I can tell you is in my 14 years I havn't had any problems, Once the spindle is full then it will only take 4 or 5 pumps to keep it up.
