Estimating Price

What would you Charge?? I have 200 Condos I figure to be about 1326 Yards of mulch @ 4". All Flower Beds. No tree rings. also have 4 playgounds with 67 Yards each. Any Ideas? I'm thinking close to $100K Job.

If you can sell a large mulch install at that price in NJ, I'd sub it out to a blower company for 30-40 per yard, and add your 20-30 to it, and go play golf while you're waiting to get paid....
