how can I tell I'm getting a good deal on a business?

how do I know I am getting a good deal on a business? do I go by the amount of equipment? number of accounts? what would you guyy consider a good deal?

there are a few for sale one has about 70 acc-wants $60k the other wants 90 accts for $75k?? of course i will not buy any of the 2 mentioned but i justw ant to get an idea on how I can tell that i am buying a good biz.

i will get a more thorough list of the equipment he has, he says his trailer cost him over 6k? humm not sure but i will ask him for receipts etc.. he is not listed witha realtor, i did see a similar one with teh same number of ac listed with a realtor for $44.000, so I thought this was a good deal, but i guess not, anyway how much do you gusy think I shoudl offer him?

run away from this, the equipment wont get the job done very well if you have that kind of capital get you own commercial equipment and start fresh
