I so far haven't done any large properties so I am a bit unsure what I should be charging here.

The property is out in the country about 9 km (5.5 miles) one way from my usual areas. It is about 1.2 acres minus house and driveway. The land is mostly flat and she needs a weekly cut with NO trimming or bagging required.
What should I be pricing at? I have a smaller ztr (42" cut).
I am thinking around $60 CDN. A friend said he would charge no more than $50.

If you under bid it you'll hate your self every week you go there because of the time. It would be better to get your cost plus your regular price. If you lose the account because you bid too high, your not really out much. If it's a high profile account in a neighbor hood you want to be in and can get your sign on your truck out there maybe you can get more in that neighbor hood. Then bit the bullet and take a little less. I don't think 5.5 mi. is that big a deal. If it don't work out then drop it later on down the road.
