Mulch blower in southern PA?

Does anybody know where I can rent a mulch blower In Or near Montgomery county PA? I have a 30 yard mulch job to do next month.... there are many paths and shrubs so there is so room for a skidsteer! I called every rentel place I could find and they all said "a mulch what". Please help!
