Promotion Start Dates

What is the general starting dates for Hustler promotions. I'm considering buying a Hustler next spring, but would like to get it as early as possible. I see on the 2005 promos that the start date is Feb. 14. Is this normally the beginning date? :help:

The programs and there starting and ending dates vary so much that I can not possibly give you a accurate answer.
