Any of you guys ever stain decks had a customer ask me if i could power wash and stain his deck i said sure and am trying to figure out how to price it out. any of you guys do this sort work and have any tips?

How big? Railings? stairs? PT or pine? I do a 10x10 "simple" deck for around $60 with there water of course.
