Sprig or sod on warm season grasses

For those of you living in the southern parts of the US with the Zoysias, Bermudas, St. Augustines, etc. If you need to renovate a tired old lawn, are you sprigging or sodding, seeding or what?

Don't waste too much time seeding warm season grasses.Sprigging works,but takes a while to come in.Then you have to fight the weeds while it's filling.Just bite the bullet and sod.In my opinion,it's more economical in the long run and alot less headaches.
