I go to give a estimate today and the guy is 80 years old . I give him a quote and a contract to sign . He asks me if i was to young to have my own business so i ask him if he was to old to cut his yard. I thought the guy was going to fall over laughing he shook my hand and signed the contract first month up front and said he liked me.
