For those who are using this product, please tell me about how long a 12oz. can will last me on a 60" deck. I'm getting ready to order some and need to come up with a quantity.

i hear its just as good to use cooking spray and it actually may work better than the lawncare products for the decks.

Tried the cooking spray. Created a big stinky mess and a lot of GNATS!

I think one of the manufacturers should try teflon coating the bottom of the mower decks, just like the no-stick frying pans. And when you buy a new mower from them, they should recoat it each year for free. Might work? Russ

There is a producct already available in aerasol form called Teflon. Check with your local distributor and he should be able to get it for you. It works much better on hedge trimmer blades and lasts longer than the old W(ater) D(isplacement)-40.

Thanks kutnkru, I'll have to give it a try. Really sounds great for the hedge clippers. Russ
