maruyama trimmers

are they any good don't hear much and have not got to many responses something i need to know?

They are one of the best. I own two of them and own two of their blowers. Thry have yet to let me down. When u think a patch of tall grass is too tall for them, it seems like power just all of a sudden comes from out of nowhere. You can't go wrong with one.

I have had a trimmer, an edger, and a extended hadge trimmer. Pretty good stuff. I preffered the Shindaiwa trimmers and edger, but I have not ruled out buying more Maruyama equipment, especially after Shindaiwas decision not to allow mail order sales.

I have the multi purpose power unit and would not recomend it.The little rototiller unit works OK in flower beds but the hedge trimmer unit is toooo sloow. Starts good, runs good.
