Guys I need your help!

I was contacted today to put a bid in on a landscape and sod and seed package for a sports field. I just need some input from some of the guys that have done this kind of large job.

Here are the particulars:

8 October Glory Red Maple 2-2 1/2 gal
4 Karpick Red Maple 2 1/2 gal
6 London Plane Tree 3 1/2 -4 gal
20 Halka Zelkova 3 1/2-4 gal

277 Seblan Yew 24"-30"
261 Siberian Cypress 15"

1200 Sy of Sod
10,000 Sy of seeding

Now they told me that the topsoil will be on site I just need to spread it and harley rake it.
I havent seed the jobsite it hasnt been built yet. This will happen next spring. But they need the bid by tomorrow at 1000 am.

Any input or guidance will be greatly appreciated and any figures that might help.
