I was wondering if any of you have a sample proposal you give commercial accounts? I ordered proposals from NEBS but what do you need to write on them if they just want an estimate on the mowing? Any examples on what to say?? Also any idea what the going rate is around Kokomo, IN??
Thanks Connie

We have our proposal broken down like this:

COVER LETTER
This basically introduces ourselves and gives a general overview of how we can improve their property and meet their needs.

GENERAL INFORMATION
This page tells them about the insurances we have, uniforms, billing, inclement weather etc.

TURF CARE
This is where we give them pricing for the grounds management: seasonal clean-ups, mowing, shearing etc.

NUTRIENTS
This is where we discuss and give them pricing for the fertilization aspects: weed/insect/disease control as well as grub control.

TURF RENOVATIONS
This is where we discuss and give them prices on options for core aeration, dethatching, lime, over/slice seeding options.

NOTICE
This is the page that we list services that we offer that are aside from typical lawn care operators: landscaping, arboriculture, paving maintenance, irrigation etc. Most of the services listed here are those that we use sub contractors for but keep us a "One-Stop-Shop" for them.

Hope this helps.
