he says "Total equip value at 1727.57" where is he pulling these figures out of his arse?

anyways hes asking $4,999 (reserve not met), where is this guys reserve @ i wonder... $5k- $1700= $3,300 for accounts...

"Registered monthly accounts totaling $760 per month positive cash flow." $760/4 weeks= $190 a week...

$3,300/$760= 4.3 months cash flow.... i'de only give some1 6weeks worth of the income.... so that would be about $1,140 for his accounts... at the best this guy will see $2,500-$2,800 for the whole outfit...

he's asking twice the amount that this outfit is worth, and its a joke w/the mini van... i think what this guy needs to do is take the van down to the junk yard... and keep what equipment he will use as a homeowner for his own use.... and get about $700-900 for the van from the junk yard and say good bye to the customers and write it all off as a loss b/c he's a scrub and the amount he's taking in per month is probably from like 20 lawns....

no real LCO will buy this guy out, they'll only laugh @ him. and i appreciate the post of this ad, b/c it was a good quality joke.

Yeah but then again, they gotta pay the fee upfront and so long they pay, ebay gets paid.

Wanna hear another funny?
From time to time, I put my Web site up for sale for around 80 thousand dollars or so. Nobody ever bids, my fee is like 10 bucks but I get like 3000 clicks/month to my site for like 4-6 months :-)
After I did that 2-3 times, ebay.de never stopped sending me traffic so I haven't listed it since.

I betcha some knucklehead will buy it! Wait and see...
And how do you "maintain" a Homelite blower and a couple of ryobi trimmers? Oh, that's right, you buy new ones every 2 months...

Whoa, I think I am having a flash of inspiration!

There are people on here fairly often asking, "Should I buy this lawn service?" Do a search on posts by "Vanessa." And I have seen several instances locally where a small time lawn service was sold to some newby for a few bucks more than I would think it was worth. The usual rule here is "a month's revenue for the accounts and whatever the equipment is worth in its current condition." I know that varies from one part of the country to another. But even here I have heard of people paying 2 or 2 1/2 month's revenue.

So apparently there are people who want to be in the lawn business and who do not want to build it for themself. Well, I have already experienced that. I sold the bulk of my accounts and a Grasshopper early this year, so I could get a job that provides health insurance. So now, as some are aware, I do the lawn-thang part-time, have a whole 7 lawns and spend about 3 hours a week at it. Five are small lawns that could all be done with a 21".

But what if? I build my accounts to maybe 12 little lawns, and advertise "Lucrative part-time business. Half a day weekly grosses you $1500 a month. Established part-time lawn mowing business, all you need is a small pick-up, all necessary equipment included with accounts. Great expansion potential. " We all know a lot of people (who have never been in the business) think a couple of cans of gas a week is the only expense.

Think I would get a lot of calls?

I wish I had pics of my(wifes) longbed s10(167K miles but no rust), trimmer rack, tool box and my 36" snapper hydro....

It was great starter rig and I ended up using the s10 as a dedicated Spray rig once the chem apps started rolling in...and I got the f150 to pull the trailer...
