Too wordy of a letter is never good, but what you have there is not enough.

Too many one lines. It needs to look more in a form of a professional letter.
Too many mentions about calling.

"Call for a free estimate" "Please call as noted above"
"Hope to hear from you".

I think a few copies of letters targeting businesses are floating around here on Lawnsite. Maybe someone can pull one up from the archives.
