3200 and it is in darn good condition. The scalp wheels may need to be replaced but other than that it was a steal.

The price on the mulch kits I still have no idea. I have to figure out how to cut down on production time and get the costs figured out. I will let you all know soon enough.

Another convert...congratulations , and welcome to the fold :D :D
A couple of weeks and 20 or 30 hours on the machine, and you will wonder why you didn't get one sooner. The only thing better than a Stander is two Standers.. payup

I have used it on 7 yards so far and i love it! We are taking itr up to my loacal dealer today to have the oil changed and have them check it out so i dont have to worry about anything going wrong later in the season. Ill post some pics in a little while. It is raining cats and dogs right now and the extended forecast shows scattered thunderstroms clear up until tuesday! I cant mow when its raining but the rain is greatly needed!

so far the 17 hp engine has proved to be plenty of power for my needs so far. I just took my mower up to have it serviced and checked over i noticed the newer standers have a heavy duty bar on the front of the deck to protect against impacts. there were only a few slight changes to the design from 03 to 05. So far i am very happy with my purchase. the front caster tires are getting replaced. the dealer told me most guys are going to the solid rubber front caster tires. Does anyone else use these? they were only 10 bucks more than the air filled ones so i told him to go ahead and put them on.

Congratulations on picking up the most profitable mowing machine in the industry. It will skyrocket your productivity and you will be left with a lot of extra time, and with that extra time you should be out looking for new accounts! Good luck!
