Is the hour-meter for the mini fastrak just a plug-in installation?

Also, is there touch-up paint available for this machine?

Yes and no....
The meter plugs into the harness, the connectors are already on the meter and the wiring harness, it is super easy.
You will need a hammer and a punch, you need to knock out the piece of steel where the hour meter mounts, the hole is already lasered out and there is a little tab holding the piece in, you knock it out with your punch and hammer, slide the meter in and your all set.
