Echo Trimmer grease

I'm about to grease my Echo 210 trimmer. There is a screw, and the owners manual says "do not overfill"

What would be overfilling?

Does the shaft need to be done, and if so, how thick?

I bought white lithium- will this be ok? The owners manual said anything that is lithium based.
