I'm not familiar with Ferris mowers. Is that the model that has a suspension system? How big is the deck? Looks to be around 60''?

Yes, the IS 3000 has 4 wheel independent suspension and has a 61" deck.

That looks just like our IS 3000 :D

Would you mind doing me a favor and look on the gold colored deck adjustment rod, not the one with threads but the other one, the outside one, on the end that runs behind the fuel tank and tell me how many washers it has on it if you get a chance. I'd really appreciate it. It should have the same number of washers on both sides. Mine has 2 washers on each rod and i'm just wondering if yours does to. Thanks.

Here is a pic of my IS 4500 with the 28 hp cat engine. This is the only pic I have up close, yeh I got into a litte mud that day.
