Hey....that was my idea...lol. I was going to get one this fall to help delivering door hangers to promote aerations and chem apps. I thought maybe the gas powered ones would be a little stronger. What kind did you get and how much?

Holy crap I thought I was the only one who did this!!! I have a Bladez 450 xtr-se it goes 17 mph and will go for 8+ miles I can cover my whole neighborhood with this in like half a day....and I have a pretty big neighborhood. the hardest part for me is carrying everything and not having the papers fly all over the place I need both hands to drive so thats the only challenging part.

200?!?! man you got a deal I paid 3 for mine and it was on sale from 5. The only things I can say bad about it is that on mine the battery terminal broke inside the battery (had only had it for 3 days) and The customer support wasnt the best. However They did send me $200 in parts for it, that didnt fix it but in the end I did get the right part 3.5 weeks later. So it think ill sell the spare parts on ebay.

For any body looking I would suggest this one http://www.ebladez.com/ptv/products/xtr_hd.cfm
its pretty badazz and I think it would definately hold up to some hard use.

When you guys are using the scooters, do you go through the grass or around on the driveways?

I was thinking about paying kids to do it about a nickle apiece then sit in the truck and make sure they do them. Going to pound some new housing developments near me. I'm not running around in the heat when I can pay next to nothing to have them hung lol.

I would definetely not recommend going through the grass.

When you reach the door, do they have an easy kickstand to put down or do you usually just lay it down?

Yeah dont go through the grass it will drain your battery because of the torque needed and dont go anywher wet when your own an electric scooter. I would say that most of them have a kickstand but I havent been around any other brands other than Bladez but im pretty sure all of them do.

I'm going to give it a try with a borrowed go-ped next week. Should be fun. I'll just have to put my plans to hire some temps on hold for a week.

I do that too. I had to stop at the store for some refreshment.
The saddle bags come in handy too.

Fast and fun, that's all I can say. I'll never walk with flyers again!
