We are proud of this one. I love driving it compaired to my F-150 and 18' trailer. Downtown properties are easy to get to now.

I bought this from Carl Black (Greg Wilford salesman) in Atlanta. They advertised in the latest edition of Lawn and Landscape. Great folk. Picked me up from the airport and drove me to the dealership. The whole transaction took place on the phone so all I had to do was sign the papers.

Very nice indeed!

Just wondered. 1. Do you keep that at your house overnight or do you put it in contractor storage? Seems risky leaving it there if you don't offload everything.

Also, what made you choose the GM, instead of say an Isuzu NPR?

And one other thing, what do you do about debris removal without a dump bed or anything?

Again, very nice setup!

I keep it at my house. I have a place to park it that is fenced and has security cameras. It's a friend of mines place. He has increased the amount of people that he lets in and out so I opted to keep it at the house. That is not a fix though. I will have to figure something out. But like most men, I bought first and will work out the details later.

I assume you know the GMC and the Isuzu are the same vehicle. Mine has Isuzu stickers all over it. The Isuzu dealer in town was not really helpful so I sought out the dealer in Atlanta. He just happens to sell GMC not the Isuzu badge.

I mostly deal with maintenance so debris is not a huge concern. How ever I normally don't carry both 777's so there is room for a few bags of stuff. We don't bag really anything down here either.

Thanks for the comments all.

I have a cab over chassis like yours and was wondering if you know what the square pocket cutouts on the front of the bumper are for. I would like to put some hooks in there but I wasn't sure if they had a purpose.

I'm with you, I have no idea what they are for. I didn't really notice until you said something about it. If I find out I will let you know.

just under 30,000$ for the truck?

hell yeah man... people know you aren't messin around when you pull up now. I am interested in what kind of fuel mileage you get. I get about 10mpg with my box truck. I heard of guys getting 15mpg w/ the open set up. Time for some simulators! They really make it look sharp. I need to order some myself.

I'm getting about 13mpg. My truck and trailer get about 11mpg. I'll take any positive in fuel mileage. BTW, how do you like the RC-30? I have wanted one for awhile. I am having a difficult time making a decision because of the low lift capacity.

That was complete. It has power windows, locks, tilt, cruise, A/C and AM/FM CD. I wanted non of these but the dealer orders all theirs with these options and the A/C is really nice.

I'm getting 14+ with a 16" stakebody. Thats huge compared to 8-10 with my F350.Between the truck and more efficient routing my fuel costs are half of last year at this time!

I am actually thinking of selling it. I think a dingo might serve me better. Dingos are more of a chore to operate, but I think it would be more in the right direction for me.

Is it gas or diesel, buying or leasing? I would assume its a gasser, for the price. nice setup, I may go that route soon.

Its diesel, and I'm buying, for ever. Again it is a lot faster in and out of properties. I miss having a shelter for rain and pee breaks though. Thanks

But with an enclosed rear box. I cannot even imagine not pulling a trailer must be nice!
