Bobcat B100 Backhoe Problems

I just purchased a used bobcat B-100 backhoe with 317 hrs. on it. When I put out the stable arms for using the backhoe the machine comes down slowly. I noticed hydro fluid is leaking out of one of the hoses on the hoe... Is this what is causing the leaking down of the hoe, stable arms, and loader?
The machine also stains when I use the loader. I am not familer with hydro systems and would appreciate your help on this issue.

If the hose thats leaking goes to the one of stabilizing arms that could possubly be your problem. Start by replacing the leaking hose and check the hydralic fluid level and be sure its on full.
